Q. What is your return policy?
Name-Studios unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online shop (baby clothes, personalised baby gifts, childrens clothes, personalised tshirts, homeware aprons and bags), to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or colour. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with. All items must be returned within 14 day.
Q. What countries does your online shop serve?
We deliver to anywhere in the world that has a postal service. For all orders outside of the EU please send your order by email to orders@nameclothing.co.uk and we will process your order and charge you the standard postal rate for your country.
Q. What payment types do you accept?
All card processing is done either via Paypal or you can call our order line on + 44 (0)20 8223 0152 and process your payment over the telephone.
We do not store your financial details on our system. Any personal information entered through the site is encrypted and stored at Paypal. No details are held in clear text on any web site.
Q. Do I have to sign for my packet when it arrives?
Any orders that are over 2 items you will need to sign for your package at time of delivery. If you are not available at time of delivery then the postman will leave a notice so that you can pick up your package at the nearest post office for your area.
Q. What happens after I place my order?
We will normally send your order to you within 3-7 working days.
